Return Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED. PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

No returns on sale priced closeout items.
Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days for a refund of purchase price.
Defective items may be returned within 30 days for a refund of purchase price and shipping.


Backorder Policy
Orders will be held for up to one week for backordered items.

If the back ordered item cannot be obtained within 1 week, we will notify you and you will decide to omit the item or have the shipment delayed.

Shipping Policies
We generally ship within 3 days of purchase via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.   If an item is back ordered and can be obtained within 1 week, the order will be shipped when the backorder is received. If the back ordered item cannot be obtained within 1 week, we will notify you and you will decide to omit the item, receive partial shipment and the rest later, or have the shipment delayed - be certain to include your email address with your order.

Minimum - $2.00 in US (First Class) 
Minimum - $5.00 in US (Priority Mail)
To Be Determined for outside US.  I will confirm the shipping costs with you before your credit card is processed.

I have noticed some sites are charging as much as $6.60 plus 50c per pound for shipping.  I hate it when people make money from me on shipping charges, so I do not do it.  But, I also do not want to lose money on shipping.  For larger orders, the price may be higher.  I weigh the package and compute postage on USPS.com. 

Rates are based on the fees charged by USPS. These rates are subject to change at any time by the USPS.
